…Has deteriorated beyond belief…
There was a leak on the roof of the porch that caused water damage – galore.
The railings were peeling…
Something told me that it was time for an improvement…
(Oh wait – or was that Wells Fargo telling me that I NEEDED to do this work before they would approve my Refinance Application?)
Um – yup.
We had to fix the paint on all of of white surfaces – and that included the door and window on the garage…
Nevertheless – it looks GREAT!!

It was actually a house warming gift from my Favorite God Parents… :)
I may spend all day designing without a concept or inspiration – but that’s not going to happen in this house.
No more. It’s way to exhausting and if you even START the project, it’s difficult to keep your momentum going.
So.
We fixed the kitchen and then it was TOO bare… I guess there was something to be said about the ‘charming’ characteristics of the water damage…
I am still trying to think of a cool short quote that’s relevant to Deme and I…. Perhaps something about patience :)

update on Sedgley Plaza
(I am trying to hold all comments til the end of the construction process… It is becoming quite difficult – especially when our brand new building looks like a flash mob threw baseballs on the metal panel.)
